carter wgd tuning

what is the correct procedure for tuning this carb? ive looked on the web and through the forums and got nothing.
Please help -

thank you!!! do you really think i have to do all the other adjusments? because it ran before and i just want to freshen it up, can i get away with the two mixture screws and the idle screw on the buterfly?

I am a big believer in trying the simple fix first. If that doesn't work, then tear it down....:whistle:
