Fuel question

All,
I did my springtime maintenance yesterday including a bottle of dry-gas to clean up any water lurking in the bottom of the tank. I add a couple gallons of gas with the dry-gas to mix it in. I noticed that the pump at the gas station has a big sticker that says "10% ethanol". I think dry-gas is primarily alcohol. Do we even need to add it anymore? For the two bucks it costs I can get two quarts of gasoline! What do you all think?
