Needed. VIN. Tag and matching Tittle

I need a tittle and vin tag from a parted out '48-'49 Hudson. This '49 tudor is going to be shipped out of the country and has no paperwork. It is just a body, no engine or transmission, a bit tired looking. It is destined for a new home where it will be put back on the road again. Can anyone help. I know there are some title services, but in most cases it is just a bill of sale and they want to many dollars. Thanks in advance. Arnie in Nevada. -
