oil change 262 1953

i was searching through the forums but couldnt find a thread on oil changes. also looked through some manuals but im contradicting myself. What oil should i use for a 1953 262? just 30? and i have an oil filter a fram, are those readily availiable at local auto parts stores? thankssssss

forgot to mention i live in san diego ca so if anybody was wondering on climate for viscosity

Use 20-40 castrol and C4P Fram oil filter. Stay away for straight 20 or 30. Walt.
