Hi I have a 68 lincoln continental w/ suicide doors. Im wondering how valuable parts such as the tail lights, front grille, chrome and trim pieces are on this car? and is there anything else i can sell off this car that has any value? thanks in advance.

These cars are not particularly collectible, tending to be loved by a small cadre of suicide door Lincoln lovers. The biggest issue is that the cars are huge and are particularly expensive to maintain. As you have the 462, it is a really different 'bird' and not related to any other motors other than the Lincolns and late 50's Mercurys. However, the C6 transmission is far superior to the Cruisomatic or Mercomatic that was generally used with the Mercs and Lincolns of the late 50's and early 60's. This very well may be sellable. Hope this helps answer your question.

I was wondering if you still have the 68 Lincoln and if you do what condition is it in.
