1936 Hudson/Terraplane glove box lock parts
-
Just wanted to know if there is anybody with a 36 that needs the slide bar that goes up and down to lock your glove box I have had people tell me that theres was broken and so was mine on my car so I am have a company that is going to make them so let me know if interested Tom.
-
Tom,
is this the same as on the 34 & 35 glove box lock?
I searched & searched for one and ended up finding a complete door w/ lock and a good slide bar (first one I've seen!) on ebay.
Jim -
I would have to see a picture of the back of your glove box with the slide bar to tell.
-
Heck, I would love for mine to lock.
I just have a plain knob on the outside of the door, not even a push button or anything. Was it originally that way, or was there a push button and catch inside?
Thanks,
Jeff
