End of the road for carbs in NASCAR
-
Looks like the 2011 season will be the end of the line for carbs in the Sprint Cup series! Fuel injection will be the system going forward from 2012. My guess is that the system will be locked down so there is no way to do any mods. Well just think of a twin FI Hudson 308, Twin HFI Power.

I built a EFI for a 1969 390 in a F-100 a few years back, it really changed my thinking on how the older motors perform. It was a cool mod, making the engine really run well. There are a lot tricks you can still do. Mostly air intake mods.Ted J. Welch

This a repost that got deleted somehow. Has anyone heard whether they will be using TPI, TBI, or Direct injection? Just wondering....
