Not sure if it can or not. It rises up like I've never seen on a Hudson manifold.
To be sure it doesn't become a problem for you, I'll take it off your hands, I'll even pay shipping.1953 Hornet sedan Twin-H

Yes, you can use a stock ex. manifold. Just make a plate to block off the opening where the stock in. manifold bolted on. I had that set up on my '37 Hudson (with a '56 308 , hydromatic) I wish I had it now. It worked fine. Norm

All,
I just bought (most of) a late 31 Model A Phaeton, and have decided to sell this carb and manifold set-up to help finance it. Please PM if you're interested. Thanks.

Beautiful intake. I also have one but in its past life someone cut a square hole in the middle and wrecked the Edmonds insignia. Ray

Sorry, I looked, but never found any linkage for this set up.R/ Roger.

Roger, could you do me a favor and measure the vertical distance between the bottom mounting bolt (visible in the last picture) and the carb mounting surface of the manifold? And also the overall height of the carburetor. I have restricted clearance under the hood, and would like to decide once and for all whether I could even use an Edmunds manifold, so I can either get one, or quit lusting after them.

Mike,
I don't have the setup anymore: I sold it to buy a Model A.
Rudy send me some linkage pictures to post,...here goes!
