Motor lift brackett

Anyone know where I can get my hands on the "motor lift bracket J-2782 that's mentioned in the 48 to 49 Hudson Repair manual (p. 20)? If not, can you use a regular leveler by just attaching it to the head bolts?

I just use a regular leveler and have not had any issues
