A few weeks ago there were a lot of disgruntled kgap customers on this forum.I like it when poor service is punished by public disclosure, but sometimes good service goes unremarked upon.
So far I have had absolutely excellent results ordering parts from the following:
Ron Fellows went out of his way to find me a heavy duty 10 inch clutch plate, sent it very quickly and provided lots of helpful information, very experienced and friendly.10 out of 10!
Dale cooper provided a great engine rebuild kit, complete with parts you cannot find elsewhere and at a very good price.hes a bit hard to get on the phone, but its worth it.10 out of 10 again!
Dave kostansek and tim cheney had all the electrical parts i needed ,cheap and reliable, once again, excellent service.10 out of 10!
All of the above showed that customer service is still a priority with some folks, old fashioned as it may be.Keep up the good work!
