You might want to post this in the "regular" Hudson Forum (instead of "Discussions" which tends to be for various rants or musings) -- or the Hudson Street Rods forum, if you're going 'non original'.
As to lights, I would recommend contacting Don Axlerod. He sells complete headlights for all makes of 1930s cars. He might possibly sell you the "guts" from a '37, or you could buy the whole thing and keep the outer shells as spares. I happen to think the conversion kits don't look right in a '37, but that's a personal observation. Nowadays you can get 6 volt halogen bulbs that fit in the old sockets, so along with those, resilvered reflectors and a headlight relay, you'd have a pretty powerful "original" set of lights. Almost as bright (or as bright) as the sealed beam conversions and nicer looking.
As to the mirror...are you looking for the outside, or the inside one?
