Press Release, North Pole:
Santa Claus announced this morning that he is being forced to cancel his annual toy flight.
He cited the current business recession, lack of corporate donations and government environmental rules and security regulations enacted since Sep. 11, 2001. He also said that part of the problem is the failure of the Obama administration to provide bail out funds.
In addition Santa also pointed out he has had to shoot the reindeer to feed his elves, thus making his annual trip a near impossibility. -
