SOLUTION

Unfortunately the threads were locked down before I got any response to my POST WAS AVAILABLE.. HERE IS WHAT I PROPOSED
Ahhh..JUST AS I SUSPECTED...
WHAT WE HAD HERE WAS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE...
I have been in Sales for almost 40 Years and what I have found out is that the majority of these type issues come down to a lack of understanding of the COMPLETE FACTUAL INFORMATION by either one or both partys involved in the transaction.
THIS APPEARS TO BE THAT TYPE OF SITUATION.. The explination provided by K-GAP
clears up the matter to my satisfaction.. Unfortunately it only takes a few of these type of situations to occur and like an avalanche it's all down hill from
there.
I PROPOSE A SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE CURE...AN ARBITRATOR OR OMBUDSMAN.....
IF this type of solution is helpful I would be glad to offer myself for this
volunteer position.. I AM EASILY REACHED 24/7 VIA BOTH E MAIL and PHONE (WITH VOICE MAIL).
NOW THAT I AM RETIRED I MIGHT AS WELL PUT MYSELF TO SOME SORT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE ...What better than the HUDSON COMMUNITY.
