Cooling System Clean and Flush

Broken out of the Molasses thread.....
So, it is OK for us to use EVAPORUST and an external circulating pump to clean and flush our engines whilst still in the car?
And to do this we do whatever plumbing we need to make a loop into a bucket/holding tank?
And we need about 7 gallons of the cleaner?
OK to me so far..........
But what about using Iron Out or CLR, Lime-Away or someother product? Just asking to understand the risks etc....
