Foot rests

Hey all, I was given a pair of foo rests by a neighbor and I would like to pass these along to someone who needs them. Not looking to sell them or pass them on to someone to sell, just to someone who needs them. All I'm asking is for postage to where ever they end up, or local pick up.
Here are the pics. I could not find part numbers or any cracks.

Examples of these foot rests have turned up here on the forum, before. It turns out they are foot rests for a defunct manufacturer of barber chairs.
Not from the HMCC, but cool, nonetheless. Hence, no part #'s! -
