Another Antique tool question. This one is made by M.Klein& Sons. They have been around since the 1800's. Specialty is electrical trade tools.. But this one must be for industrial connectors. It's a wrench. 13 inches long fits two sizes of square nuts or bolts on each end.Largest is 1 1/18" smallest is 5/8". measured with a tape rule..not a precision measure ment. Picture attached. I wrote to Klein but haven't gotten an answer yet.

We used to have simmilar open end tools in our machine shop for the
square nuts on the tooling. Regular open end units would not let the
head set in deep enough. But you are right "Klien" made electrical
    connector crimper tools etc.

Very quick resolution for this one! I heard from Klein today! It's a current tool. A "Linesman's wrench". Part number is in the catalog. Can be bought for $55.95. Wow.. It's used for 3 bolt guy wireclamps as well as other bolts and the round hole is used to screw in standard pole steps. Big end is 1-3/32" and 29/32". Small end is 5/8" and 3/16". The present tool has "Klein Tools Inc." on it. This one is much older, with "M. Klein & Sons" . It is sold in a dark blue paint finish. I think i'll paint it Ford Blue..I will attempt to find out when they changed the markings to reflect a newer organization.
Ebay has a few for sale. Klein also makes erection wrenches.. perhaps I can make a swap??
