Privately owned guns will soon be history
-
 THIS IS FOR REAL GUYS-- Not car related but important to all citizens . Post HR 45 in your browser -IT's a new Federal law being sneaked in the back door . Obama's gang is taking a back door approach to outlawing privately owned guns READ IT AND THEN DO ALL YOU CAN TO STOP IT !!. Bring it to the attention of your senators in D.C.

No need to get your panties in a wad over this -- Just another of many bills introduced every year on both sides of the isle with no chance of passage.
The Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act would establish a nationwide system for prohibiting unlicensed gun-ownership. If approved, the law would require gun owners to apply for five-year licenses to own firearms, and would give the U.S. Attorney General broad authority over the program.
This is a fringe bill with no co-sponsors that has virtually zero chance of becoming law. For more background on why there are bills in Congress like this one that are essentially dead on arrival, see this blog post. http://www.opencongress.org/articles/view/1180-The-Vast-Majority-of-Bills-Go-Nowhere -
I have been around a bit more than half a century and this subject surfaces every year or so. Someone always has a new approach to trying to get the guns out of the hands of the honest law abiding citizen. Perhaps those who pen those lines of whit should spend more time encouraging the ruling establishment to enforce the laws that we have and we would not be loosing 20 to 25 citizens each weekend in our Texas border towns?Brownie

Even if they could pass that or any similar law, they could only take the ones that are registered. Meaning they wouldn't get near my house lol.
