Blank ID tag's for Stepdown's

A few year's ago I bought a blank ID tag for my Stepdown project .
The triangle shaped one for the passengers door post. And I can't recall who
I bought it from. Thought it was the club store but I don't see them listed.
Any body know where to aquire them now? Seem's like they were $10.00.
