1957 fuel sending unit resistance

I need to find the full and empty ohm readings on a 1957 Imperial fuel sending unit.

I'm thinking, 10 ohms full and 80 empty.
However each sender is a little different depending on the manufacturer. i.e. Stewart Warner is 33 full and 240 empty. 81 - 83 Imperial is 149 full and 18.5 empty.
