Interesting article on Hudson

I knew of the Tatra connection. I have owned 4 Tatras, still own a 1957 T603-1. Frank Spring also had a Citroen Traction Avant that was kept in storage by the Engineering building. There was a rumor that he had a T-87 as well, as I think it was Harry Kraus that mentioned a finned car under a cover in the engineeriing building. Many years later there was a report of a T-87 popping up in the Detroit area.

very good article! I've been a little "flip" for such an extensive document and features!
Thank you very much super-six!

A very good article - somebody did some research and got their facts right, for a change.
Interesting air cleaner set-up shown in one photo - front carb air cleaner pointing at an angle back to the firewall/splash pan and the rear one angled out over the block. That's something I don't recall seeing before.

Yes, I noticed the peculiar air cleaner mounting. I've never been sure of how the rear breather was mounted on short-wheelbase cars. Was the rear breather a different p/n for these, or was the rear just mounted at an angle, or were they mounted as in the photo? -
Off Subject but Not A Hijack!
Larry,
Could you post a picture of your 54. I want to get a good look at the color. I have a piece of a continental kit that is that color... I really like it. It reminds me of the late 50s Chev. color, Crocus. I really like the Crocus and Black color combination, white looks good too.
We now return you back to the regular thread.
John
