1932 fuse
-
Greetings:
I have just purchased a 32 ford sedan. Most of the wiring is gone. I plan to rewire it and an hoping that someone can tell me what amp fuse goes in the fuse block. There was none in it when I got it. I'm sure it isn't very high amps, but after I rewire it I want to besure and have the right one in place.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Best regards -
I'm not acquainted with that car but don't you have an owner's manual or shop manual? You'd want to have these, if you intend to keep the car. There are many places that sell these type of books (both original and reproduction). There are also various Ford-specific websites on which you could post this question. I wouldn't be surprised if there were manuals or even wiring diagrams online.
One thing you need to clarify is which fuse block you're talking about. Most cars had the fuses sprinkled throughout the system, each in its own fuse holder. Possibly you mean the fuse block on the light switch? Again, this fuse rating would probably be found either on the wiring diagram or in the owner's manual...or both.
