Where is Uncle Josh?
-
Uncle J's been hanging out with the nefarious Wandering Jon B - who's also been among the missing on the chat page. Which, by the way, has now gone British - it's limited, as in Chat Page Limited. Means ain't many folks over there these days.

You rang? OK, I'll get some pics together.
Jon and I had our yearly jaunt yesterday. Kinda low key.
First we took some garbage cans to the dump loaded with dirt and too-far gone 39 Hudson dirt, fabric, rubber, metal etc.
Then visited my brother-in-law's garage. Couple of hundred model cars and NYS plates from nearly every year from 1911. Before then, all you got from MVB were instructions to make your own.
Then on to Subway, and the inimitable Allen Walrath's where we again saw hundreds of models and memorabelia and spent an hour veiwing Allen's nearly finished 51 convertible, and discussing Studebakers, of which we all had at least one.
I have all the fenders and the body off the 39 LWB country club from Art Carkner's now, and ready too pull the motor, tranny and rear axle. What a beauty she must have been in her day...but time and the tin worm have had their way with it.

OK here are some pics. About 30 cars. Would have been 50 but there was some cornfusion with the parade.
