'29 Victoria
-
a '29 Hudson Victoria (fancy coach with padded top, landau bars, special trunk) in latest OCW; may have been on eBay too, not sure.
These are the prettiest & probably rariest of the short w.b. closed models (ad says only 31 built & this is one of 5 known survivors) & being a short w.b. model it is NOT accepted by CCCA as a "classic" car.
I assume it's restored (looks very nice in dinky pic) - asking $59,900 & "All Trades Welcome". If interested call 608-780-8229 & ask for Richard Blomquist at White Glove Collection or at: whiteglovecollection.com -
Would be nice to see a pic of her

During the time I owned this particular 29 Victoria, my reseach concluded that Biddle & Smart built several hundred of these a month. That was stated in the house magazine the "Mutual Tattler". The registury
of the HET club has about 9 of these cars or parts of cars that were Victorias
Regardless it is a rare car. I was told by the C C A members that if I joined they would welcome the car in their club. -
It is listed in eBay right now also so you can good idea of what it looks like there.

thanks for that will jump over and have a look
Mike
