ID Pontiac Cap?
-
My dad who passed away years ago owned an old Pontiac. I don't know what year it was, but I found this in the garage the other day. I am not sure what it is or what year it was from.
Does anybody recognize it? It is about 3-1/2" across.
Thanks,
Sid

The back looks like a gas cap but I don't know what year.
-
Front side looks like a 53 or 54 horn button, back side looks like a radiator cap from the 30s!
-
This is a Horn button for a 54 Pontiac. May be a 53 too.
Would sell for $10.00 on ebay. (not worth doing)
Better left on the coffee table to tell people, "Yes, that came off of my Dad's 54 Pontiac Star Chief convertible that he courted my Mom in".
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story."
