convert hydraulic lines
-
So far I've not had much luck finding the tubing layout for stepdown convertibles. Does anyone have a complete layout for the hydraulic plumbing for windows and top? If not, is there a sourcebook layout for one? Can't find any in any of the Hudson manuals.
-
Russ, if you are going to do that, please send me one, too. I didn't have enough in place to make a schematic in the first place. I've had some folks send me a few pictures of their lines run, but it's certainly not the same as having it drawn out complete.

russmaas wrote:I dont think there is a schematic out there. I drew a diagram before tearing it apart. They way the lines run with the "t's" can be confusing. If you cant find any thing, email me and I will try to refine my schematic so you can use it.
Russ
Thanks Russ I appreciate that. -
'Zilla, the '48-'51 Body Manual has drawings of both the top and the window hydraulics. Not like a photo that shows the actual routing, but it does show all the components and the connections. I can scan and e-mail the two drawings (don't think they'd show up well if posted here). E-mail me at hetpwald@comporium.net if that would be helpful (remove "het" for actual address).

Park, Thanks but I have a 48-54 body manual and it does not show what I need to see. I appreciate your efforts however. Funny thing is, Hudson also omitted the showing of where a blower housing motor is to be hooked up in any of their manuals as well. Strange why certain things were omitted.
