Scott, get a subscription to Hemmings Motor News for your dad, for his next birthday! You can tune it in on-line but many people prefer to have the paper version delivered to their home. Here's a link to the Dodge Parts For Sale section -- you'll find lots of people selling new and used parts for old Dodges, here:
http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/partsforsale/dodge/
You might also present your dad with a membership in a car club devoted to his particular make of car. As far as I could see that would be the WPC club: http://www.chryslerclub.org/ This will make his job a lot easier, as these clubs provide invaluable resources for finding parts and technical information for older cars, as well as tapping into a network of fellow owners. -
