Parts Needed for my '53 Super Wasp

    I am seaching for a couple parts for my '53 Super Wasp. First is an NOS or excellent condition rear outer bumper guard for the drivers side of my Super Wasp. I have been told it is the same as one used on wasps and pacemakers. The other part I need is the interior light switch that mounts on the B pillar to operate the rear courtesy lights.

    I located a switch, thanks Hudzilla. I am still looking for the outer rear bumper guard for the drivers side.

    Part number is 230247.

    I know I have two NOS stepdown bumper guards but I haven't found them yet. I'll let you know what they are as soon as I find them. I can't imagine how I could misplace bumper guards.

    No joy. Looks like I have a front one, 226875, that I think fits yours, and another front one for a Commodore. No rear ones. Sorry.

    I might still be interested in the front one you have anyway. I already have an NOS one for the front inner but I am not sure which side it is for. I need to confirm that the #226875 you have is what I need. Don't want to buy two of the same one. Anyone know what the application is for #226875 and where can I get a copy of the master parts list with the factory part numbers?

    I have the 1954 master parts catalogue and some of the numbers are the same. I'll see if it's in there.

    My book shows that guard being for the front LH inner, for 4C and 5C.

    I checked the bumper guard I have and it is also the front inner, but thanks for checking. So the quest continues for the driver side outer rear guard and the passenger side inner guard.
