Mercury Heads: Flathead

Acquired a couple Mercury heads with markings: F, D16 3, EAC, Mercury, USA, 12 & 13 ( 2 heads ). Can anyone give any insight?

rich..eac heads are 52/52 merc 7.2 compression with a little change in cam generates 125 hp,
