Cross Ref. for C8 rebound bumper?

I need a new rebound bumper for the frount end of my 1949 Commodore. This is the rubber bumper in the front end that comes into play if the wheel drops. Can anyone tell me if there is one from an other car the will work in this application? I've tried K-Gap but apparently they don't have one.
