replacement carb
-
is there any carb that is a good replacement for a 52 262 carter? mine has been sitting for years and i was wondering: are any carbs a bolt on replacement like the holley/weber or carter/webber, is there a replacement carb that will work good but i could make a adapter, is a rebuild of the orig the best idea? any advice will be great! thank you.

Rebuild the O.E. carb. It should be a WGD Carter. These are a very good carb. Kits availible at Daytona Parts Co.- 386-427-7108.

If the rebuild idea dosent tempt you I have a very good 262 WGD that I pulled off my 1954 Wasp.
You might want to verify that this carb will work on yer 52 and if so drop me a note and we can work out a price
