Toploader ID

I have a toploader with an ID tag HEHBK. The case ID is C5AR 7006-D W-1. I have already checked codes at David Kee and Toploader Heaven to no avail. The only reference on the web I could find on this transmission was a posting on mustangsandmore.com which was not conclusive. The posting refered to a 1965 Mercury Cyclone. Can anybody help me?
