Fun looking car. If I ever have the time/money/effort to own a 2nd classic, I think it will be an older Hudson, they are beautiful.

Geoff, I ran across this car a few days ago, and thought the same thing. The front and rear upholstery is the same as what was in mine. Much better shape though. Great pictures if anyone is restoring a 28.

I wonder how long it has been since it was painted?. Seats look to be redone?. Definately a nice old car though.

Seats are original, as is dash panel. You can't get that grey/blue flecked material today. Must have been stored out of the sun forever. I bet it smells good too!

The guy selling the car went to great effort to say that this was an "ALL ORIGINAL" car. And a car with low (verified) miles. Why would you question that?

I have a 28 sedan, a couple things look different on the one pictured.

the outside door handles look like the same design as my interior handles. my exterior handles are different did 28's have different outside door handles during the model year? Also the vacumn fuel tank looks longer and thinner than the

    Stewart vacumn tank in mine.

but great pictures of a beautiful original Essex. Geoff is right should not be touched.

As far as I can see the handles are correct. Also the vacuum tank is the correct one. I can't fault this one from an originality perspective.
