help 308 water pump kit/seal hydromatic front/fuel pump
-
looking for kit or front seal for water pump, front seal for hydromatic 4 spd automatic, arm is missing on inside of fuel pump[308] app. any help
-
Call Dave Kostansek for the water pump seal (or a rebuilt pump) and fuel pump arm; Gus Souza in Chicago rebuilds Hydramatice - probably will sell you the seal or tell you where to find one. Gus is in the roster, Dave's in the list of vendors in the WTN.
-
What is the WTN and where is the roster located? We're pretty new to this site, so we're not up to date on the acronyms that you guys use.
Thanks! -
Oops ... made the rash assumption that you were a member of the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane ("HET") Club. WTN is the club's magazine, White Triangle News. The club roster lists all members and their cars.
Dave Kostansek is in OH, at 440-293-4079. Get his parts list ... he's our prime supplier for tuneup and brake parts, and more. Gus Souza's phone is 630-231-7764. Please consider joining the club ... lots of nice folks, active local chapters, and a lot of help with parts and technical info, as here on the forum. Membership application at www.hetclub.org. -
National seal 7037S for front of 1951-56 hydro.
-
Park W, thanks for the info.
Yeah, you know what they say about assuming don't you?
We'll definitely be checking into joining up.
Also, thanks Dave S for the National part #.
