    Guys,

Do any of you have a fair condition chrome emblem like the pictured one to sell? I'd like to get one and to grind the pins off the back of, and affix some magnetic tape to, so I can stick it on my trunk lid (in the event that I install a twin H set-up) on my Wasp, without drilling. Thanks for your help.

    R/ Roger.

I'd be worried about a fan swiping it! I doubt you'll find an individual with one of the "Twin-H" emblems, but K-Gap carries them and you can get a brand new one.

Doesn't need to be a 'fan', just someone that is either 'light fingered' or a kid that has nothing better to do... :(

Those 'easily removeable' items on every one of my vehicles worry me to some extent - valve caps, hub caps, antennas, shift knob, door locks, horn button, radio knobs, heater switches, loose change and anything else not riveted, nailed, or bolted down - at any time my vehicle is not in view, and sometimes even when it is!

if you do go this route, (i say drill the holes) opt for the k-gap version. The repro has the bar that connects the lettering is beefed up and is more likely to stand up to the handling of your portable installation and will provide a better surface to afix your magnet. The pinning keeps the emblem straight and intact.
