Suspension company looking for some Pontiac help
-
Hello Everyone,
My name is Ryan and I am the owner of UMI Performance ( www.umiperformance.com ) We are a large manufacture of aftermarket suspension components for both old and new GM vehicles. We are a USA company and all products are designed and manufacture right here in our faciltiy located in Pennsylvania.
We have been getting quite a few request for B-Body products from the 1960's.. mostly the Catalina. Currently we do manufacture products for the 58-70 Chevrolet B-Body which includes the Impala, Bel Air, Caprice and Biscayne. However the Pontiac B-Body is a different chassis.
Currently what I am looking for is some break downs for the years of rear suspension components and when they changed. We are looking to begin with offering rear suspension products at this time. I am looking to know what years used the same chassis and what cars were included using these components... for example what was the Catalina the same as?
Any information anyone can supply would be greatly appreciated. We can return the favor by offering some excellent suspension items for these popular vehicles
Best Regards,
Ryan -
When cross referencing parts for my 1970 Catalina to included suspension components, I get refered to parts from 1969-1970 Pontiac Bonneville.
