Please Help rebuilding master cylinder on a 57 Ford Custom 200 4 door Sedan
-
I have the new kit, and I had laid the old kit out exactly as it came out of the master cylinder, unfortunately when you a 3 year old nothing stays where it is put. I am having trouble figuring out the replacement order of the new parts. There is a Spring with a grommeto on one end and a metal slotted cap on the other end, then there is a cylindrical aluminum piece with a hole drilled in one end and the other end is flat with 3 small holes drilled in it. Then there is a rubber grommet/o-ring and finally the c clips. I do not know which direction the aluminum piece goes in and whether it goes in beofre the spring or after. Any help would be great. Thanks:confused:
