1956 Packard 400 - HELP !!!!!!
-
For some reason my shift acuator is not working. I've spent $400 to have it rebuilt and it still won't shift into gears when I press the {P N R D L H} buttons. When I test it according to the manual it works fine. I can get it started by the turn of the key but am left stationary.
Some one please help I've spent hours trying to figure this out.
ANY IDEA's?
ANY KNOWN PROBLEmS LIKE THIS?
Please Help,
Arsen -

-
If you check out www.aaca.com and go to the Packard section you'll find several people that own 56s and know how to help.
-
Redone everything I think it might be electrical.
Did not replace any relays with new ones but junk yard parts.
Any Ideas? -
You should do what Twitch suggests. I would go to that web site.....R.V.
