Is these a 1962 Pontiac tempest Lemans Convertible?

Hi there, is there anyone who could help me with these car... The owner says it is a 1962 Tempest Lemans. I did not find much information about these car on the internet but a few pirctures that mach better as a 1961. I would like to konw if these is a valuable collectible car. The car is for sale in Guatemala at the link below.

Yes, there is such a thing as a 1962 Pontiac Tempest LeMans convertible. I used to own one. They were available in 1961, 1962, and 1963 in that particular body style, before they went to a larger body in 1964. They were available with the Slant Four 194.5 CI or the 389 V-8. Neat cars.
