Identify this Torino 500 style?

    I'm looking at buying a 1971 Torino 500 which the owner says is all original including paint. The trunk and rear quarter are flared up like a gt or cobra. ALL the 500's I see have a rounded trunk (down tward the bumper)

    Does any one know anything of this area of Torino's

    That's a Cobra Rear.....can you post the VIN code. That will tell the story.

    Thats what I thought too, but didn't know if it was possable to be a 500 too.

    seller is passing it off as ALL original including paint.
