Happy Father's Day
-
Hi everyone.
I just wanted to wish all the dads and granddads a Happy Father's Day. Today has been a beautiful day in this part of Wisconsin so Big Red and I went crusin'. There's nothing like a drive in a Hudson to put a big smile on my face. Besides old Hudsons I also really enjoy old trains, so tomorrow I'm taking the family to the Illinois Railway Museum in Union as our Father's Day family outing. It should be a lot of fun. Whatever you do, I hope you have a great and safe Father's Day.

I second Tim on that one.
A super wish to all to have a Happy Fathers Day for 2009!
I got to cruise to our local A&W today for a little car gathering and even though the threat of rain was overhead it held off for us. Thats a 'good car day' here in the Pacific Northwest!

Yes! Happy Father's Day to all you Hudsonites out there!. Our club
( Western New York/ Ontario) had a meet in Attica NY yesterday, Rained nearly all day but we had a good turnout with about 28 members present. Two of us drove our Hudsons, me with my 51 Pacemaker and Bob Bade with his 54 Hornet Sedan. My round trip was about 110 miles and Bob's was close to 160 miles.
Some of you may remember Bill Bade, long time member. The 54 was his and now Bob (son) has it and it is still going strong.

Happy Fathers day all. Chapter Meet yesterday in WI at the Hartford museum saw 14 Hudson's show up. Good weather and a good time. BTW I know there's a lot of car projects that are father-son efforts out there. Those are the kind of things I'll always remember spendin time with my dad and learning stuff. Not just about the cars but about those bonds. That's worth celebrating.
