53 convertible project
-
hello hudsonites
Thought I share some pics of the 53 convertible I am finishing for the national. This car was seen at the Madison meet owned at that time by John O-Halloren. It was rough and sitting on the trailer at that meet. In September of 08 I took the car and had it dipped and started going to town on it since.
Runs and drives really nice. Not a 100 point car in any way. but keep it 6 volt with the power windows and keep the original colors and hoping to try the AACA judging with it.

Was that the car that used to belong to the late Rich Granitz ?

Russ-
Looks awesome! Can't wait to see it at the Nat'l.
Bill-
Are those the hinged portion of the top irons that you made? I'm ready for a set now if you are geared up to make more.
