HELP!
A client of mine needs to sell his 1972 Gran Torino by Saturday, so he is offering it to me for $4,300. The specs are below and the picture is attached. If you could give me advice as to whether this is a good deal, I would really appreciate it.
INFO: 1972 Gran Torino, the car has the original 4.1 straight 6 and 3 speed on the tree with 149k original miles. I use it as my daily driver and it runs/drives excellent. Car has newer exhaust, new tires, front disk brakes, newer paint job (red).

ahem.......youre a FOOL if you don't snatch it up!!......A car like this, IS considered collector and antique. Mileage on these doesn't matter. I could have that exact car sold in a few days I would bet on a website called 460ford.com

That is NOT a '72 Gran Torino. It is a 1973. That year was the first of the GIANT front bumpers. In 1974, the rear followed suit. The 1972 cars have a very tasteful and understated front bumper with a beautiful BIG front grille, same as the car that is in Clint Eastwood's movie "Gran Torino". HIS is a '72. This red car is a '73. Plain and simple. And the price (to me) is high for a '73 six-cylinder Torino. To me, it's a $3,500 car, tops, and that assumes it's in top shape.
