Memorial Day
-
I heard this on the radio yesterday... I challenge you to listen and not be moved. We tend to forget what this weekend is for...

It requires Window Media Player, or a player capable of playing an .asx file type - you may need to save the file locally... -
Dan:
Thanks, I needed to listen to that. Mainly for remembering our country, and all the sacrifices made by all that served. My Dad, his brothers, my Mom's brothers all served, some of them served more(POW, another crashed two B-29's and lived). Other families made supreme sacrifices, and for that we're grateful. Thanks for remembering those that gave, that we have this great country. Thanks, Bob -
Always keep in mind the following:
Memorial Day is to commemorate America's war dead from ALL wars.
Veteran's Day is to honor oand commemorate America's LIVING Veterans.
Please remember this."The time has come", the Walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings..."
