Flathead motor for sale
-
I am not a ford guy (BUT don't hold that against me) I picked up a flathead Ford motor as the start of a rat rod project that never went any further.
I researched the motor a little to try to determine what year it was.
It is a 24 stud motor
The motor has the water pumps on the front of the motor (currently missing)
It has a crab distributor cab (which tells me 42-45) (distributor missing)
The bell housing is built into the block (clutch and pressure plate present)
Has prewar 81A heads
How else can I determine what year this motor is? I understand that Ford did not keep very good records back then. What is this motor worth?
Thanks
