Vin Location For 1940 Nash

Hello Nash Lovers,
I Just Acquired A 1940 Nash , 4 Door , Hump Back, Has A Model Number Of 4010
Need To Know Where The Vehicle Identification Number Is Located. There Is A Number On The Body At The Door Jam Opening With One Number, There Is Also A Different Number On A Metal Tag On The Frame, And There Is Also A Number On The Engine.can Anyone Tell Me Which Is The Actual Vehicle Identification Number? The tag on the frame beside the motor ( passenger side ) should be the actual VIN number
