This is a two-seat convertible (see images below). I'd like to know why Ford developed this concept, what it was supposed to have under the hood, and why it never made it to production. Additional information would also be useful, such as who was responsbible for the Cobra project.
Replaced the ball joints twice so far and the current ball joints only have 15k on them and already two of them are bad. Is there a recall on this problem? This is one of the biggest issues ive been finding with ford trucks. We've used Car quest ball joints, those lasted 5,000 miles. This time we used autozone ball joints and they've lasted 15k. Anyone know where to get good parts from? Asking for good parts from the ford dealer is a joke. Also, this truck was built from a 1997 2WD from ford!
Hello all, I am installing a fel-pro 2 peice seal in a 66 t-bird. The kit came with two metal pins that look like they are to be put in after you install the side gaskets in the main bearing cap? Do these just push in or are they not to be used. When i try to install it seems really tight!

Alright, this is my first thread and I have alot of questions, so please bare with me (and my horrible typing and/or spelling).

1. Is their any source avaliable to trace if a 65 mustang came with the G.T. package (and everything else) because we (mainly my grandfater, but I go with him to the carshows and participate alot with the cars) have a 65 fastback that "claims" to have the G.T package, and it does have everything that a true G.T. should have (at least to our knowledge).

2. Was the fan shroud an option, or did it only come with certain packages? Does the stock fan shroud do any good besides giving you an extra second before you hit the fan?

3. Where does the radiator tag go on the radiator?

4. Where do you go to get reproduction window stickers?

Thanks in advance for the help, and even just for taking the time to look to see if you could help me.

I'm just starting renewal of my '88 Bronco II. Not yet a classic, but by the time I finish what needs doing we will both qualify for that, I'm afraid. All club and related web sites seem to be for people who like to drive over rocks and see how close to rollover they can come. This will be a daily driver, not a mud duck. Any sites or clubs that fit my kind of renovation/use? I have no trouble finding parts, have a good manual, but often run into questions I can't readily answer. Where are the just plain Bronco II organizations hiding?mediamat@ntelos.net
