With the war finally over, in 1946 the Ford Motor Company was back making fantastic motor cars. Woodies USA is privileged to present for sale, a fantastic example of the newly designed 1946 Ford Super Deluxe wagon that has undergone a complete frame off restoration just a few years ago. The sparkling navy blue paint is as blue and as deep as the sea itself and compliments the beautiful maple wood body with many coats of marine spar varnish. The engine and drive train has been completely rebuilt by the renowned engine builder, Alan Mest. The all new wiring and electrical system has been upgraded to 12 volts, with an alternator for quicker starting and longer battery life. The interior is completely redone in correct vinyl seating, correct rubber floor mats and a beautifully wood grained dash with working gauges.
