Original 2 owner California no rust ever car 1947-2005. I have the California registrations back to the original owner. Painted and seats recovered in 1964. Stored in the second owner's garage from 1965-2005. First replacement convertible top in 2005. Original paint and striping still on the wheels. Runs and drives nice, but the transmission seems to have a noisy bearing (growl) at low speeds. Still has single exhaust and original flathead. I did restore/refinish the dashboard, gauges, steering wheel, column and garnish mouldings which were sun beaten by the southern California climate. We also restored and polished all of the stainless mouldings. The floorpan under the car has shiny original factory primer! Neat car. Lots of fun just the way it is, patina and character are part of this Ford's charm. You would look long and hard to find one this good to drive and enjoy or restore to show. Excellent value at
