Ford Brookville All-Steel High-Boy Roadster, for sale in Los Angeles, Washington, for $26,500.
Brookville is America's oldest and most respected manufacturer of steel reproduction Ford bodies and components. Before Brookville, the only choices for street rod bodies were original survivors, with all their years of wear and tear, or fiberglass reproductions. It has been argued that the rodding hobby would not be where it is today without the fiberglass option. However, Brookville started with, and has always produced, only the most original, most authentic, and most accurate body possible in the belief that the details and lines from the past are the reason these cars have remained so popular for over seventy-five years
This offering is a very nice example a nearly completed 1930 Ford Roadster with some unique and tasteful touches by an owner/builder that is well noted for his meticulous attention to detail on all of his previous projects. All you have to do is decide what exterior finish you wish to lay on to cover that smooth Brookville Oxide Red Primer!
