1968 Mustang Super Snake Tribute Car, Red, for sale in Crescent City, California, for $17,000.
I am selling my 68 Mustang Cobra Snake Tribute car. This car has been a year in the making and had extensive custom work done to it. There is way too much to list but I will give it a shot. It has a built 1969 351w extremely ported heads after market aluminum intake, holly carb, solid cam and forged 10-1 compression pistons. The engine is almost brand new and makes 400+ Horsepower. The interior is all new or redone including new floor pans, new carpet, new custom leather cobra racing seats, new complete pioneer sound system, custom cobra steering wheel. New autometer monster sport comp 2 tach with shift light (not yet installed) B&M racing rachet mega shifter, stall converter in c4 tranny with shift kit and aluminum B&M tranny pan. New period correct GoodYear Tires on original CA special rims with cobra air valve cap covers. New eleanor deck lid and end caps with body lines from quarter panels to end caps filled and shaved. New front spoiler. New side scoops that are blended in to the car and totally seamless. New quarter panels. Front and rear bumper bolts shaved and bumpers painted and cobra striped with the car. rear quarter panel reflectors shaved. front fender marker lights shaved. New Welded in sub-frame connectors, New monty carlo bar and export brace. New all aluminum racing radiator good for cooling up to 500 horspower. New billet aluminum cobra snake gas cap and cobra fender and front grille emblem. Custom rear 6x9 speaker tray made from synthetic cobra skin. This car is clean and beautiful and will turn every head. It is not a 100% show car as it does have some minor paint flaws ( a few runs and buffing swirl marks) This is one of the nicest drivers I have ever seen. The car is very fast and loud and not for the faint of heart. Make me an Offer or I may consider a trade for a 67-69 fastback mustang or a 97 or newer corvette. I have many more pictures of every area and stage of the build and will gladly email them to you. Thanks, Tracy
